What a Great segment! People who create nothing and claim that they deserve all the wealth! These same people probably also claim to be Xtians as well, HA!

I love Atlas Shrugged! The irony is that most often the people who use Ayn Rand as a justification for low taxes rarely produce anything of value. If only the pundits would take their own advice and go on strike.

The message here is very insidious, and very evil; Colbert is purposefully misrepresenting Atlas Shrugged to promote a Socialist agenda. But perhaps I give him too much credit — to understand what it means to produce, to invent something new, is likely far beyond someone like Colbert, whose only existence is to deride and mock. The very reason Rand wrote so prophetically is because she understood the evil of what Colbert represents in this piece. America is quietly dying under a sea of applause. Please don’t support it.
